Returns & Exchange Policy
We hope you loved your products and that you have an enjoyable purchase experience at SENA. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and transparent.
Return Eligibility & Conditions
- Returns & exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photos/videos).
Exchange Process
- Size or product exchange is available for replacement, subject to stock availability.
- If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (Card / Wallet / UPI / Net Banking).
- Please allow 5–7 business days after the quality check is complete for the refund to reflect in your account.
How to Return Your Item
- If your pin code is serviceable, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience.
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may courier the product to us. Please keep the courier receipt for refund processing.
- Shipping charges are **non-refundable** unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased on final sale/clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.
