Our Brand & Mission (EMPOWER)
Q: What is the core mission behind the SENA brand?
A: SENA is a purpose-driven lifestyle movement inspired by the courage and resilience of India’s soldiers. Our mission, EMPOWER, is to create high-performance apparel while empowering injured warriors and their families through awareness, storytelling, and direct financial contributions.
Q: How does my purchase support the EMPOWER mission?
A: When you wear SENA, you wear a cause. We commit to dedicating a portion of our proceeds (currently 3% to organisations like the Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre - PRC) to support injured soldiers in rebuilding their lives with dignity.
Q: What is the role of Fitistan in the SENA mission?
A: Fitistan – Ek Fit Bharat is our partner initiative that takes the mission to the masses. Through events like Soldierathon runs and fitness challenges, Fitistan unites citizens and soldiers in a shared culture of health, discipline, and national pride, furthering our empowerment goals.
Orders, Payments & Security
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and various digital wallets.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my pre-order after it has been placed?
A: You can pre-order until 10th October, 2025. We will dispatch all the pre-orders after 26th October, 2025. Please contact sena@fitistan.com immediately. Modifications or cancellations are subject to whether the pre-order has already been processed and shipped.
Q: Is my personal and payment information secure?

Shipping & Delivery
Q: What are the typical delivery timelines?
A: Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities generally receive shipments sooner.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order directly on our website.
Q: Do I have to pay for shipping?
A: We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. A standard shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below this value.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return and exchange period?
A: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Q: How do I ensure my item is eligible for return?
A: Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. For full details, please read our Returns & Exchange Policy.
Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting proof (photos/videos). Please contact our support team immediately.
